1. Better to restore your iPhone using iTunes before you start Ziphone. They say the best fish in the market is the fresh one.
2. Make sure there is no simcard while running Ziphone.
3. Turn off iTunes & iTunes helper via the utilities > activity monitor before running Ziphone
4. If your iPhone stuck with the apple silver logo and you cannot turn off the iPhone, press the home button and power button together. It should be ok and restart after that.
