Having multiple account sometimes can waste a lot of time especially when you need to login into different webmail. For example as a secret-staff, you have secretlabmedia webmail, and then you have your own personal email such as Gmail, and maybe you have another email for secretschool. Can you bare losing time checking emails?

I cant.

Luckily Gmail is the most leading mail account among the others. It might be the “G” stand for “genius” or maybe “god”, we will never know.

So if you want to setup your one Gmail account but can have another few account, simply follow this steps.

First, let say you have 2 email account. One is arai@secretlabmedia.com. Second is toktoy2k@gmail.com.

1. Gmail > setting
Open your Gmail and click setting.

2. Click at account.

3. Add another email address

4. Insert your email address that you want to setup

*** For branding purpose, please insert your name@yourcompany.com inside the name field so that when your client receive your email, they will see your company as the name.

This will be the result.

5. Click next step. You’ll be ask to verify whether the new inserted email is your own mail or not. Google will send a notification email to the new inserted email. Open your the email (eg the arai@secretlabmedia.com) and click to the link to verify.

If you have any problem on verifying via links, simply insert the code that has been emailed to you.

6. When you have verified this, you can now start to compose email as arai@secretlabmedia.com from you Gmail. How sweet. Don’t forget to make it as default so everytime you compose mail, it will be from secretlabmedia.

7. Last but not least, don’t forget to fwd all email to arai@secretlabmedia.com to Gmail simply by setting up the add fowarders function in the secretlabmedia cpanel.
