Google Calendar : To do list
0 Comments Published by khairulazizi March 31st, 2008 in school of creative management.Since we still didn’t have a proper office management system, then we need to make use of the Google calendar to the max. Here are some of the few example on how we manage our “to do” list every week.
There’ll be a “to do” list on every monday. The w0403 means week 4 of month 3 (march). Please refer to the code name for example :
006 : research on marketing strategy
Means, Iwan need to do on research marketing. When he settled the task, simply add the word (DONE) beside the task, example:
006 : research on marketing strategy (DONE)
To edit, simply click on the title w0403 and edit.

We will revise on the task we’ve done at the end of the week. If the task is not yet done, we’ll transfered it to the next week but with numbers of pending. Example :
006 : research on marketing strategy (1)
If the task has been pending 4 weeks, then the list should be like this :
006 : research on marketing strategy (1)
Our target is to settle job quick and efficient with no pending-mending stuff as we need to move on fast.
Below is one example from the to do list w0403.
