For those who now upgrading from one Mac machine to another Mac machine, there’s a few things to be considered. Esp. for those who has iPod, you can’t simply transfered all your music from your iPod to your new Mac machine.

There’s a few process you need to go. For example, the simplest way is you can backup all your song in your old Mac machine to CD and restore it back into your new Mac machine.

There are few other technique but one thing you need to understand that, iPod is not a digital storage like portable hardisk where you can copy easily from iPod to any  Mac machine / pc.  This is because to avoid song piracy as you can buy songs from iTunes and load it into your iPod.
