It’s seems that we need to reconstruct our filing system now. Some of the label are unpractical where you can see at the end of the year some of the folders are still empty. The emptiness of this space has already being violated by some entity and I really need to stop this!
So for these 3 years earlier, the labels are:

01 Bank
02 Doc Out
03 Internal
04 Receipt
05 Doc in
06 Pricing
07 Project
08 ? Where TH is the folder no. 8?
09 Company Secretary
10 Quotation
11 Company Registration
12 Bills
13 Meeting

15 Secret Doc 2004, 2005
16 Secret Doc 2006
C. Misc Folders
17 Company X ( all doc )
18 Company Y ( all doc )
New filing system from today :

02 Doc Out ( Including Quotation) + Doc In
03 Internal ( Meeting + Staff )
04 Receipt + Pricing
05 Project
06 Company Secretary + Company Registration
07 Bills
B. Big Folders
15 Secret Doc 2004, 2005
16 Secret Doc 2006
C. Misc Folders
17 Company X 01 – Bank + Internal ( Meeting + Staff ) + Project + Company Secretary + Company Registration
18 Company X 02 – Doc Out ( Including Quotation) + Doc In + Receipt + Pricing + Bills
17 Company Y 01 – Bank + Internal ( Meeting + Staff ) + Project + Company Secretary + Company Registration

Well, we’ll see if this new filling structure help me or not !
